Our goal this month is to increase our water intake. Most people go by the guide of 8 – 8 oz glasses of water a day is the best. This is a good guideline, because it is easy to remember, but there is no specific research that supports this. I will post some of Katie’s water research in a minute, this will include the formula that was in the email.
As you increase your exercise, you should also increase your water intake. Be sure to mark on your log sheet how much water you are drinking a day. This will help us tally a larger number for the whole team by the end of the month.
